Known issues resolved
The following issues were resolved in the 2019.4 release:
Issue Description | Description |
---|---|
Performance Reporting upgraded with Comparative Analytics and should be separate [TFS 39355] |
Symptom: When Comparative Analytics upgrades are applied the Performance Reporting upgrade is applied simultaneously. Clients want to upgrade Comparative Analytics and Performance Reporting products separately. Resolution: Performance Reporting product is no longer upgraded simultaneously with Comparative Analytics. |
Detailed Department Report (DDR) Volume Selection should not show as an option Metrics where actual equal 0 [TFS 38771] | Symptom: The Volume Statistic drop-down in the Filter menu does not display relevant values when all months in the DeptMetric table equal zero. Resolution: Corrected by updating DDR values so that the Volume Statistic drop-down displays relevant values when the DeptMetric table months are equal to a non-zero value. The Volume Statistic drop-down value does not display when the DeptMetric table months are equal to zero. |
Detailed Department Report (DDR) Peer Group Does Not limit to Peer Category.ActiveforDashboards [TFS 39802] | Symptom: On the DDR, Comparative Analytics does not limit the peer groups where Peer Category.ActiveforDashboards=True. Resolution: Corrected by updating DDR values. |
Known issues resolved in 2019.4.3
The following issues were resolved in the 2019.4.3 patch:
Issue Description | Description |
---|---|
Expense Improvement Opportunity Dashboard - Filter and detail panels may get in funky state if user shifts focus elsewhere [TFS 41670] |
Symptom: The filter and detail panels in the dashboards are not responsive. If a user clicks in the white space of a filter panel, the panel flickers white every time a user moves their cursor over it. In the detail panel, similar behavior will occur if a user clicks outside the dialog box. In both cases, pressing the ESC key on your keyboard addresses the behavior. Resolution: Corrected by rebuilding the filter pane and updating background functionality. |
Expense Improvement Opportunity Dashboard - Filter panel selections reset when user navigates to Enterprise tab [TFS 41671] | Symptom: Filter panel selections reset to default options when users navigate to another tab. Resolution: Corrected by updating enterprise bookmark settings so that all tabs will maintain consistent filter selections. |
Expense Improvement Opportunity Dashboard - Long descriptions may not be readable in charts; no tool tips present [TFS 41679] | Symptom: Item descriptions in charts are truncated and users have no means to view the full length text. Resolution: Corrected by creating custom tool tips to display full text. |
Expense Improvement Opportunity Dashboard - Peer Group filters using check boxes rather than radio buttons [TFS 41689] | Symptom: The Peer Group filter drop-down uses check boxes rather than radio buttons. As a result, users may mistakenly believe they can select more than one item from the drop-down. Resolution: Corrected by updating the drop-down with radio buttons. |
Expense Improvement Opportunity Dashboard - No space displays between bars on Budget Variance chart on Department tab [TFS 41723] | Symptom: In the Department dashboard, there is no space between bars in the Metric Variance - Budget chart. Resolution: Corrected by adjusting the budget variance chart settings to increase spacing. |
Expense Improvement Opportunity Dashboard - Selecting record in detail panel temporarily filters charts in background [TFS 41729] | Symptom: If a user is viewing the detail panel and selects a filter, the charts in the background appear to be filtered by the selection. Once the detail panel is closed, however, only default filters are applied. Resolution: Corrected by disabling interactions between the pop-out box and other visuals in the background of the report. |
DDR Signs for Variances are opposite the Expense Improvement Opportunity Dashboard [TFS 45725] | Symptom: Detailed Department Report displays unfavorable variances as positive and favorable variances as negative. Resolution: Corrected by flipping the polarity on internal and external comparisons. |
IMPORTANT: Refer to the Axiom for Healthcare Suite 2019.4 Release Notes for additional known issues that have a suite-wide impact.
